VISA Waiver Eligibility for L1 B Dependent

Hi All,

I am holding L1 B VISA and not eligible for VISA waiver program as mine is L1 B. Is my wife eligible for VISA waiver program to by pass the interview?

Holding an L-1B visa does not make you ineligible for the VWP. If your wife wants the L-2, she will need an interview.

The VWP limits the stay to 90 days.
