L1B - Change in Client name post transfer to US Company
Hi All,
I have a basic query... below is the scenario.....
If I file/process my L1-B by marking the Client Name as 'My US Company'....
Consider my VISA is done and got transferred to my US Company. Post that if I identified to work/Provide Service for any of the new client, will that be ok?. Can my US employer bill for my contribution to the new Client?
