L1 Question for proprietory firm abroad
I am a proprietor of about 300000.00 dollar/year turnover firm in my own country established in 1999 , willing to establish new business under my own single person LLC in USA. I have visited every year since 2009 USA under b2 (for pleasure/medical). I spent about six months in USA each year during my visit. I have my staff who are well trained and business was going well under my observation/guidence through INTERNATE CAMERA SYSTEM. So if I apply for L1 as an executive, is there any problem for ONE YEAR requirement rule? Being a proproetor is there any restriction for applying?
