Change of status confusion...help!!!!

Hi,

I am on L1 visa and my wife is on L2 and we are currently in USA. I applied for H1B from a different company and they applied H4 for my wife along with my H1B. Now i got my wife approved H4 from 1st oct 2013. But i want to stick with my L1 Company.
what i need to do to get my wife status reverted back to L2?
