If anyone's i94 expires how long he/she can stay in US?
If anyone's i94 & L1B expires how long he/she can stay in US?
How much minimum time before the i94 expiry can one apply for Extension?
How much time does anyone can wait till 1st response from USCIS?

1. If no extension is filed 0 Days. If extension is filed before I-94 expiry 240 Days but any time after I-94 expiry is considered out of status period but removal proceedings are generally not initiated if extension filed timely. Even after 240 Days one does not get decision then one should stop working.
2. Same as above.
3. Minimum a day, max 6 Months.
4. Decide based on first answer.

Advisable to file extension request much before I-94 expiry If doing within a Month before expiry advisable to file extension request in premium.
