Traveling to india with i94 getting expired in 7 months

hi,

i am planning to go to india and come back in a week .my i94 is getting expired on 2014 jan 10. i have l1 b visa stamped till that date. will it be an issue at POE,as i may have only 7 months of time before expiry.
