  • L1B I-94 extension denied ..Very Urgent

Today USCIC updated on my l1b extension request got denied.I have applied for H1B in 2013 quota and it got picked in lottery.
-My plan is to leave country immediately and come back on H4(My wife is on H1) and then after 1st Oct will go to Canada/Mexico for stamping.
-My consultant saying that if i leave the country now(during h1b approval time) then the chances are high for H1B to go in to RFE or Rejection.
-Now i am planning to go for premium processing for H1B and once get approved will leave the country in 7-8 days.

Please suggest which is correct and best option

Your reply is very much helpful and appreciated

      Hi ramkrishna322 ,
      I am also applied my L1 B extension . Got Rfe on feb 2 , 2013 .
I have responded my RFE on 01 may 2013 .

Can you please let me know how much time it takes to get the decision after responded to RFE.

It would be a great help if you share your experience .

      Thanks
