Medical Therapy requiement - Need help on how to proceed

Respected members,

I have been in L1 B visa for last three years. I have also been undergoing therapy in US for personal reasons.With my visa ending soon my employes has decided to bring me back to India.
The therapy that I undergo is not available in India or in very nascent state.I want to understand what are the the options available to me to contiinue to stay in US and do the therapy.

I would really appreciate if some kind memebers can help me out here.
