1) Need the forms to fill out, (I know DS 160 and I 129 What else?)
2) Fees needs to pay ( $ 325.00) and something else?
3) If I can present my applicattion in my country (Mexico)

You cannot apply for the L-1A visa by yourself. Your employer must file the petition and if it gets approved, provide you with the I-797 form. You will then need to fill out the DS-160 and apply for the visa at the U.S. consulate in your country of residence.
