If someone can answer below questions in similar situation, it would be very helpful.
1.L1 B visa expired, Valid i-94 till May 2015.
2.L2 visa expired, Valid I-797A till may 2015 as i have extended her i-94 based on mine.
can L2 travel to India in emergency and return USA while L1 already working in USA.
can we apply for new L2 based on L1B i-94 status and what are the chances of approval?
Please clarify if any one have idea..
