Hi,
My husband and my L1/L2 visa is valid until Nov-2013 but we are having I-94 which is valid until Dec-2015.
1. As per understanding since our visa will be expired in Nov, we will be unable to travel to India. In that case we will have to do L1 stamping again.
what is the best way can we now go to Canada and do the stamping before our visa get expire or when should we go for visa stamping.How many days before.?
