I got new Visa which is valid till 2018 from now.
As my last visa is getting max out on 27 Feb 13, My employer has initiated my H1 extention.
Question 01 - If i will get Hi Visa, Will my new L1 visa (valid Till 2018) be invalid after H1 approval?
Question 02 - after getting H1, if i will go to india and want to come back again, what Visa (L1 OR H1) they will concide for my trip?
Question 03 - If i will go to india in Sept 13, What visa i will use to come back to US (e.g. in Dec 13).
Please provide the updates on this.
