Hi,
Me and my husband are on L1B and L2 visa. Our visa will be expiring in Nov-2013. We are planning for new visa stamping in Canada.
My questions are,
1. Since we have I-94 which is valid until Dec 2015, My husband (L1B visa) will go and do stamping in Canada. So can L2 visa holder (I-94) stay in USA at that time.
2. Will it be mandatory for L2 visa holder to do stamping at the same time or is there any other option of extension L2 Visa while staying in USA. (since I-94 valid until Dec 2015). Once my husband gets L1B approved can L2 visa holder apply for extension (I-94 valid until 2015).
3. Since I have applied for H1B visa what will happen in that case if it is under process.Can I go and do new stamping for L2 visa?
