I-94 Extension - Canada visit

Hi All,

I am on L1B Visa now. My Visa as well as I-94 are expiring in Oct, 2013.

My employer is planning to file L1B -> L1A visa conversion. I am not very much optimistic about approval on same since there is very low success ratio.

Is that a good idea to visit the Canada via Flight and get the new I-94 ? What are the chances of getting new I-94 beyond Oct, 2013 ?

You can try your luck. With I-94 issue process automated now, I dont know the success rate of this.
