L1A visa withdrawal after query

Currently I'm on L1B, which expires in June 30, 2013 and I have I94 till Feb 2016.

My company applied for L1A visa for me and it is still with Attorney. And I know there lot of scrutiny for L1A, but what is the percentage approval so far for this year ?

If I get query on L1A visa, can I withdraw the process and continue to stay on valid L1B I94 ?

I have seen no denials so far. If you get an RFE, I'd suggest you wait and see what they need to know. An RFE is generally not bad. An NOID is.
