Hi,
I have come to US on H4 to accompany my family. Tried to get my L1 processed from my company while at India but it did not work out. I have been working for the same company for past 2.5 years. It has been 2 months since I have resigned and now the same company here in US has an opening that I can fit in. PLEASE let me know if the company can process my L1 now while I am in US and have resigned.
