  • L1B stamping with client change from original petition

I am traveling to my home country for emergency personal reason and I am currently working in L1B extension and it was extended for client A whom i was working 3 months ago, now i switched client and i am traveling from new location to home country for stamping. Here are my questions

    1. What is client address i should fill in DS160 form to attend PA stamping interview?
    2. Is there LCA equalent that I can submit for L1b visa for change in client before I schedule my PA to inform i have changed client?
    3. or I can attend stamping without changing and provide my current client details? Since i am working with the same employer, but just the change in client?
4.i dont have option to go back the original client whom petition was initiated, so i can submit a letter stating change in client?

Please help me answer this question, if some one had a previous experience.

    Hi,

I am going through Similar issue.
My L1-B Individual extension was filed and approved for Client A. I recently moved to client B 4 months back.
Now I am traveling to my home country and need to get the Visa extension stamped before coming back. My employer has filed Client change Amendment and I am waiting for reply.

What are the chances of Amendment case getting approved? Also if Amendment gets approved, will there be any issues in stamping?
    Please guide.

    Thank you.

My amendment will be filed today. As I am traveling to India on this Saturday and don’t have much time, its filed in premium processing. Premium processing will take two weeks to get reply from USCIS.
I have already filled DS160 with new client address and details.

Documents requested by immigration team are
          1. Passport
          2. W2
          3. Paystubs
          4. Justification Letter
          5. Resume
