My visa is expiring in Nov'2013 but my I-94 is valid until Dec'2015. I am going to travel to India after my Visa expiry, so I want to get the visa stamping done from Canada before my travel to India.
So for the stamping..
1> What is the procedure?
2> Do I need to send application for an extension, to USCIS?
3> Can I go for stamping without applying for extension? If yes, how?
