L2 EAD extension with visa expiring and valid I94

Hi,

our details go like these:

Husband's L1B visa valid till Aug'13, I-94 valid till Feb'15.
My L2 visa valid till Aug'13, I-94 valid till Jan'16 and EAD valid till Apr'14.

Now my husband's company has rejected to apply for his L1 extension as there is more than 6 months of valid I-94.

My question is will I be able to apply for my EAD extension after the visa expiry? If not, can I apply for an extension now? Will they accept my application now as I still have 11 months of valid EAD with me?

Need assistance as soon as possible. Thanks a lot for the replies.

Yes, all you need is valid I-94.
