Ead renewal while L2 pending
Hi,
I am currently having L2 visa linked with my husband's L1b visa. Currently i am working with Ead.
Our current vis and EAD will expire in July 2013.
my husband's office has applied for L1A and my L2. We are expecting the results by May end.
I have two questions:
1> can i apply for my ead renewal now itself before while my new l2 visa is in progress.
2>if i apply for my ead renewal in june ( after receiving new visa) can my ead renewal be expediated with the help of infopass?
3>Is it possible for me to visit india after applying for ead renewal i.e while renewal is in process?
