Green Card Appliation & L1 ?
Hi,
I belong to India and working in an IT Company in Pune. My brother is in USA and an US citizen. he filed an GC application for me 3 years back. The same is in processing and may take about 7 more years. Now if company files a L1 or H1 for me, than will it cancel the GC application already in process? So basically what i want to know is: If i get a L1 or H1 visa and i enter USA than will it cancel my GC application filed 3 years back by my brother or will the GC application still continue?
