Hi,
My husband and me work for the same company. He is in US on L1B visa. I want to accompany him.
My company has asked me to go for L1B visa, but I shall not be given individual US salary, as it is already being given to my husband in the form of allowance to family.
Also, I shall be staying at a different city in US with my husband and work remotely for my Division which is located in a different location.
What do you think are my chances of getting the L1 visa approved?
Do you suggest I go for L2 and work on EAD?
I had 2 B1 visa rejections last yr in June and August, and I have not traveled to US before. So, I am concerned that if my L1 visa gets rejected now, my chances to going to US may be jeopardized.
Please guide me. I need the information urgently.
