L1B - Blanket Processing

L1B Visa, Blaket or otherwise is for professionals with specialized knowledge for the purpose of Intracompany Transfer to USA. The most difficult task for a general Business Analyst would be to establish the specialized knowledge.

This specialzed knowledge must be specific to your company (A tool, product, process your company might have developed and have propritery owenship or patent) and must not be available freely in the market - In India or in the US.

It all depends on your product and how unique it is, as mentioned earlier, it must be proprietary and not available in the market, such as 3rd party tools.
