Okay so I have a hypothetical question.
Support I acquire L1-A visa, after completing all the formalities, is it necessary for me to travel to the USA to apply for GC, or could I opt for Counselor Processing and apply for my GC before physically entering the US.
Is there a restriction for doing so. Would it take longer this way.
I just want to be sure, I am btw a C level exec of a firm partially owned by a US business house.
Any help/advice in this regard would be highly appreciated.
