H1B to L2

Hi,

I am working in US with my valid L1 Blanket, and my wife is been here with her valid H1B oct till 2014.
she wants to quite her job and join me, and she likes to change her H1B to L2 Dependent.

1.Please let me know the process to change her Visa status to my dependent i.e. L2.

2.She has 7 years of IT experience and 4 years of US experience . So is there any chanse of L2 rejection ?

1.Please let me know the process to change her Visa status to my dependent i.e. L2. -- She needs to file I-539 before her last day at work. (Receipt date before last day at work) Another option is to leave the US, obtain L2 Visa and return.

2.She has 7 years of IT experience and 4 years of US experience . So is there any chanse of L2 rejection ? -- Experience makes no difference.
