Urgent Questions - Thanks

1. When applying for an L1B visa, At what stage is the Passport needed? Only when going for the interview? (Currently having it renewed so don’t physically have it)

2. In case someone was arrested for “Public Urination” (Misdaminer – Not sexual offender or something like that god forbid) and paid a fine and then even the “arrest” sealed / expunged,
Can it be in issue? When can it come up? Only during the interview? When submitting the visa?

3. If someone has a debt to a hospital in the states – Can they report it to immigration? Can the credit rating be affected even before having a SSN or being a citizen?
Is there a way to check the credit rating? Is it possible to seal this? Should this be told during the interview?

1. Passport number is required at the time of starting the visa application process, such as filling DS-160 form.
2. It is really hard to say.
3. Anything can happen. It is best to make the arrangements with the hospital to pay it off in installments.
