Query about Perdiem

Hi ,I have some questions about the tax calculation for L1visa trip
I am going for 6 month trip to US from India using L1 visa
I will be paid in India and my payroll will not change(it will be in India)
Only difference is I will get 2000usd as per idem apart from facilities provided by the company.
1)Is this 2000usd is taxable in US?if yes how much percentage?
2)Is this 2000usd is taxable in India?If yes how much percentage?

Though this question has got nothing to do with immigration laws. its more related to international taxation. in my opinion Per dime is for day to day expenses hence not taxable in US or in India. You India income will be taxed in India as per Indian tax laws.
