I reached US on 28th May 2013 on L2. As per the new process the I-94 has been automated no more paper submission was required. When i tried to retrieve my I-94 thru online it resulted in "no data". I contacted the Immigration department and they informed they have issue in this and it may take another week to solve this. Am applying for EAD (using I-765 form) in which I need to fill I-94 detail (not a mandatory field though). Can I submit my I-765 form for EAD without I-94? It this advisable? Can anyone assist me?
