Name change in passport, visa, ssn, i94, dl

I and my wife are Indian citizens and have come here on L1 and L2 visa respectively. After coming here my wife has applied for change of last name on passport from maiden name to my last name. How should I go about changing her last name on other documents such as L2 Visa, I 94, SSN, Driver License?

Rest - Just carry both passports and proof of name change.
