Hello All,
My company is getting me issued L1 visa and L2 for my spouse(If I am right it is L2). We do have a marriage certificate on which mine and my wife's maiden names are mentioned.
Doubt: Is it necessary to get change in details such as last name,address,spouse etc on wife's passport and spouse name on my passport OR will it work with existing details only.
IF yes so wouldn't it create any problem because on marriage certificate wife's last name is from maiden name and on passport after change it will be updated to my last name.
I am not sure, so thought of clearing my doubt to avoid any unwanted circumstances.
Because To show we both are married, for that we have marriage certificate.
