L1A Blanket Visa processing

Hi,

I want to know if work experience plays a decisive role in getting L1A Blanket Visa. My experience is around 8 years and my role is program manager. There would be around 40 associates reporting to me onshore and 5 of these are project managers. My program constitutes 5 projects. no one offshore will report to me. My domain is Banking and Financial services.

Any advise is greatly appreciated.
