H4 and L1
Hi All,
I was able to find details to lot of clarifications in this forum and this platform is huge help for new people without any knowledge of this huge topic of immigration.
I have a question for which I could not find the answer. Thanks for all the contributors...
My wife is in currently in USA for a short term trip on H1B which might extend. we have waited for my company to get me L1 but was lagging the topic without any efforts. at last now they have decided to try for it. mean while we have tried to get H4 which was ok with my wife's company. I need H4 mainly to reach her immediately whenever she need my help. My doubt is if i stamp H4 first and then apply for L1 will there be any impact on L1(I am more interested in L1 as that will give an opportunity for me too work).
Please help me with best advice in this regard.
