Me and my husband went for L1b/L2 extension at Chennai Consulate. Our scheduled time was 10am but we got into the line at 9am. The whole process didnt take much time and we were able to complete everything in an hour.
The questions asked were as follows:
1. who is your client?
2.Indian Salary
3. US salary
4. what is your specialized skill and how are you using it in the project?
5. Where will you stay
The consulate person went through the petition papers to understand the role of my husband. Also, he already knew about my husband's client and also the solution being implemented - which we think was a plus.
Also, he didnt ask me any questions at all. We were done with our interview in 5-10 mins and he said our visas was approved.
We wanted to thank everyone in the forum - as it helped us a lot to prepare.
