Hi,
I recently moved to US with my wife. I am on a L-2 visa my wife being on L-1A . I want to get a work permit and hence am filling form I-765 for employment authorization. In the form what should be filled for the following 2 entries:
14) Manner of last entry in USA (Visitor, Student, etc) - Should this be "L-2" or "L-2 spouse"?
15) Current immigration status (Visitor, Student, etc) - Again should this be "L-2" or "L-2 spouse"?
Would really appreciate some help here.
