Can i go to Canada for Visa Stamping ?

I am currently in USA in L1B. My L1B Extension(Individual Petition) got Approved. I Would like to now whether is it good idea to go Canada for Visa Stamping and want to know what are the documents required and what are the fees do i need to pay ? Thanks in Advance for Your time.

Can you tell me how long USCIS took to approve your extension?
As in from the date of filing and final approval and if you had received any RFE pls?
