Need help regarding the Information on Delivery time for Approved petition and I94

Hi,

I filed the L1A extension in normal processing. My petition got approved for L1A on 24th Jun 2013. But still now my layer did not received Approved L1A petition and I94 Card from USCIS. Just he received the I979 approval notification. Just wanted to check how long it will take to get the Approved petition and I94 Card for L1A from USCIS.

Did you try calling the 0800 number and to see if they can update you?

I was wondering how long did it take for your petition to get approved please? Our L1A extension was filed on 7th May 2013 but no update as yet. Thanks!

It took around 45 Days.
