    L1A eligibility

    Hi,
    I am having total exp of 7.5yr with 1yr+ exp at Manager designation. I am having 4 direct reportees now, but will have total 5onsite+5offshore reportees in future.
    My role at onsite will be of Project manager. Am I eligible for L1A individual visa?
    Please advise.
