Can someone please help me with a quick question about a section on the I-129? It's section 1 of supplement L, question 12 - 'is the beneficiary coming to the united states to open a new office'
My answer is no, but I'm not sure what kind of an explanation I should be attaching. I'm going to work in an existing office and I'm seeking the specialized kinowledge status. Any ideas?
