L2 for spouse working in India
Hi
My employer is processing L1 for me and im supposed to work in US for a period of 6 months. Im planning to take my wife and kid along through L2 visa. My wife is working in software company and she can apply leave for 6 months to join my travel. If asked in her visa application i will mention her employment and dont want to hide her employment.
My question is
a) Does the consulate need any letter from her employer with a No-Objection to her travel ?
b) Is it requried to produce my Income Tax return when i go for my L1 interview ?
