L1 A status after 7th year if my PERM is pending for more than 365 days

Hello

My PERM was filed in Jan 2013. My company changed my visa status from H1 B to L1 A in December 2012 ( in my 6th year of H1- B ) , hence I got an extra year, means currently I'm on my 7th year with my L1 A . A week before I got an audit notification on my PERM application to which a response has been submitted.

What will happen to my visa status if my PERM is pending for more than 365 days . Would I be eligible to file for a 1 year extension .

Thanks a lot William for your reply.. My company told me that since I'm on L1 A, am not eligible to file for 1 year extension and according to them , this provision seems to be with H1 b only.... is it true?
