    Which visa is having more chance of approval L1A Blanket or L1A individual?

    I am having 9+ years of experience in IT and currently I am working as project manager. I have been given two options L1A blanket and L1A individual. Can anybody suggest for which visa type I should go?

    What is the basic difference between these two?
