L1 Visa exp in 2017 and petition exp Nov 2013

My L1 Visa is Valid until 2017 and my petition is expiring in Nov 2013.

How do i extend my petition ? and what is require ?

i am just arrived here in state and just starting business and i have enrolled my self and 1 more employee in business and i am owner of business for USA company and my company in other country

is that enough for my extension ?

Please guide me ?

Did you have the assistance of an immigration attorney to get the first L-1? If so, you should see that attorney. If not, it is a good idea to get an attorney because L-1 extensions can be harder than initial petitions.
