L1A visa extension RFE

Hi,
My employer filed for my L1A extension on 04-Dec-2012 and got RFE on 13-Feb-2013. My attorney responded to the RFE on 02-May-2013 and the case status is still RFE Response Review. Since I will be completing my 240 days since my visa extension has been filed on 01-Aug-2013, my employer has asked the law firm to upgrade by case to premium processing. Though it was upgraded yesterday the status is still showing as RFE Response Review and the pp clock has not yet started. Is it normal? How many days it generally takes to start the pp clock once the case has been upgraded to PP.

Usually inabout a week. By the way the 240 days is from day of I-94 expiry date before when you have to leave the country.
