Visa Appointment Query
I am on L1 Visa in US. My L1 expires in Nov 2005. As my Petition and I-94 expires in May 2006, I am planning on going to India for re-stamping only in Jan.
In Jan I am getting married and planning on getting the Visa appointment for myself and wife.
I also want to get the visa stamped for my parents. They have business in India and regular income. I have 2 sisters in India.
My query is does it make sense to have only one appointment for all 4 (myself, wife and parents)?
If for any reasons my parents visa is to be rejected, will it have any affect on getting my or wife's visa?
Or shall I schedule my parent's interview a couple of days after I get my Visa?
