want to keep L1B | H1B to L1B petition both approved

My L1B extension petition is approved for next 2 years from employer A with whom I am currently working.
Meanwhile my H1B COS petition also got approved from a different employer B.
Employer A is keen to keep me and has started processing my Green Card.

Is it possible to keep L1B and cancel H1B or transfer H1B to L1B. Please suggest any workaround to keep my L1B.

H1B Validity Date is from 10/01/13 till 2016. If I exit US and enter US again after 10/01/13 after getting my L1 stamped(using L1 approved petition) from India, will this solve my prob ?

You can leave the US before Oct 1 and return in L1 status after Oct 1.

L1 and H1 are different processes. So the L1 stamping should typically be decided based on L1's merit and has got nothing to do with H1. Also, you have to understand that getting extension approval while in US does not guarantee a successful L1 stamping so do evaluate your risks and act accordingly.

As you said L1 and H1 are different processes, So if I leave US before 01-OCT-2013 and get an interview data after 01-OCT-2013 in India, this will not effect my L1 petition validity correct, I can still do Leap-Frog.

Yes you can go for L1 interview. Your H1 should not affect your L1 decision.

Yes my Current L1B and I-94 both have expired. I am traveling back to get my L1B stamped.
