L2 and L1 visa question

Hi,

My husband is on L1 and so i am on L2 visa.I m working here.
Our visa's are expired and we both are staying on valid i-94 which we have til Jun,2014.
But my husband is finishing his 5 years(L1B quota) on March 1st.So he/we has to go back to india.
My husband wants to travel back on march 1st.
I am pregnant and my due date is feb 1st week.So my question is.
1.Can i stay back with the child till my baby gets passport and PIo card?I will travel as soon as my baby gets passport and all.
2.I understand that i am not supposed to work if my husband leaves USA.Hope i am correct.
3.How many days will it take to get Passport and PIO card?
we are confused

USCIS doesn't recognize pregnancy as a valid reason to overstay. If your husband is finishing his L1 tenure and has to leave US so would you as you are on a dependent visa. L2 dependents should not stay in US for long duration if L1 is not present along with them.
