Hi,
Can anyone please advise on the below case.
I have L1 A individual petition issued on 15-Feb-2012 valid till 15-Feb-2015. I did not process for stamping at that time as the role was no longer required. But now the role is again required and my office has asked me to apply for stamping.
1> Can I go for stamping now with the same L1 A individual petition? Does it affect anyway my application as 1.5 years is already gone out of that petition period?
2> In between I have travelled to UK for 10 months for different project, does it affect on my application?
Your advise will really be appreciated in taking decision wheather I can take this opportinty or not. Thanks in advance.
