Need help in filling DS160 form for L1B

Hi ,

I am filling DS160 form for L1B Visa, my B1 was rejected in feb 2013.

what details i need to fill in the section

There is a question to explain if previous visa is rejected ? can anyone elobrate what details i need to fill ?

well , Always mention the truth though you dont know the exact reason why it was rejected but mention all the relevant details like VISA type , im not sure if Business Visa has any petition. Since you're applying for L1-B so your B1 visa rejection should not harm your chances in getting L1-B approved as long as you demonstrate that you have a specialized knowledge.
