Hi Forum,

I am planning to apply for L1 Visa through Consultancy. The consultancy is having companies in US and he will process my application.

Already I have B1/B2 Visa and as per him, once i get L1 Petition approved, I need not to attend Visa interview and i can fly to US and work based upon I-94 Card.

Please could you let me know the process for people who are holding B1/B2 Visa (valid)..?

There is no additional benefit/drawback/difference if you already have a B1/B2.

First you need to be working for the company's branch outside US for one full year in order to be eligible. How are you going to prove that?

Dont just pay any consulatancy money and get caught in their sweet talk about getting you a visa.
