Need Help - Organization Name Change and impact on L1A visa

Hello All-

I have an L1A (Individual Visa) and am moving to states by End of August. My organization names is given as "ABC HZY" in the visa. There is a posibility of PE change in our parent company and there by a change in name of the company.

Will my Visa still valid after name change?

Any information on this will be much appreciated
